**Brushing the Dust Off**

Hello? Hello? Does anybody still read this thing? I wouldn't blame you if you didn't. I have been real lazy lately keeping this thing updated. Well, maybe not lazy but definitely pre-occupied. Lets break down what's happened since I last posted:
  • The Illini have been embarrassed in every game they've played in being blown out by at least 20 points even against the Hoosiers
  • The Saints have been up then down then up then down again (www.mysaints.blogspot.com)
  • I have started a new job at Health Care Service Corporation
  • Another hurricane hit the South (though not as damaging this time)

Basically, I have been just getting settled into my new job at work over the last month and I am now feeling pretty comfortable and actually have project work to keep me busy rather than logistical stuff like getting a PC and access to my email and such. Things seem to be going well so far.

I have started a new blog that you can get to through my profile. Be forewarned it is dedicated to the Saints football season so all of the posts are about the games or other news about the team. If you are interested check it out at www.mysaints.blogspot.com.

This weekend I plan to head home to visit the family. Its the first weekend where I don't have a bunch of other stuff going on. Linda is coming with me and we are planning on doing some pumpkin picking (if there are any left) and baking some Halloween cookies (hopefully this is OK mom) and other stuff with the family. Well that's it in a nutshell. Stay tuned for more.
