4 Shopping Days Left till Christmas!
Well Christmas is coming up fast and I only have one more gift to buy. Usually I am just starting right about now but I was ahead of the game this year. I have some vacation time coming up starting on the 24th and I can't wait. Gonna be doin some snowboarding with my little brothers during that time. Hopefully I don't break anything. Illini in the Hizous!
I-N-I!!! If you didn't see then you missed a barn-burner of a game in the cavernous confines of the Assembly Hall in Champaign. The #1 Ranked Wake Forest Demon Deacons came to town to take on the #3 Ranked University of Illinois Fighting Illini. The place was rockin coated in Orange. Not only did the Illini win the dismantled the Deacons! The game was never close, with the Illini leading by as many as 32 points at one point in the game. The Illini shot lights out and employed a stifling defense that just made the Deacons vaunted offense look silly, including the preseason top player point guard Chris Paul. The Illini have won 5 straight games by an average of 25 points per game and have definitely made their case as the #1 team in the country. With that comes a big red target on their backs and every team will now be working that much harder to knock them off! It was great birthday present to receive from my alma mater, especially after the abysmal football season. Let's hope they keep it rolling. Go ILLINI!!!!!
