Back on Track
Well I am on a break at work and thought I would update this thing. I have been bad about keeping it updated so I am going to try and get back on track. So kicks off the week of my 29th birthday. Big plans this Wednesday. Going to Mark's apartment with some friends to eat pizza, drink some brews, sit on lawn chairs (his living room furniture) and watch one of the biggest college baskball games of the year when Wake Forest comes to town to take on the Fighting Illini!!! Should be a fun night for my birthday. Well I better get back to data modeling!

Illini lose but party was fun...
Well, I got to watch the Illini finish out another horrid football season here in Evanston. At least the game was exciting. They managed to lead the entire game and took a 14 to 21 lead at the beginning of the 4th quarter. For those who didn't see it, it was cool and we had goal line seats to watch it unfold. The Illini lined up for a field goal and the holder ended up handing the ball off to the kicker who jumped over the line to score the TD! It made sitting in the cold worth it. Unfortunately, the Illini special teams let Northwestern score on a punt return with only a few minutes left. The Illini did drive down into an easy field goal range but the kicker messed up and kicked wide-left! So then Illinios lost in overtime. Which caps off a bad football season and probably coach Turner's last season with the Illini. Fortunately, us Illini fans have the basketball season to look foward to. At any rate the post game party at casa de Port was a blast. Congrats to Linda and Clay for their victory in the Foosball tourney! Well back to cleaning up the apt!
